1. Call to order:Meeting called to order by the President Rtr. Shakti Prasad in the venue, IBAIS University Campus, House #

21/A, Road # 16 (Old-27), Dhanmondi R/A, Dhaka-1209 on 1st July 2011 at 5.30 P.M.

2. National Anthem:Chairman requested all the members to sing in chorus the National Anthem.

3. Rotaract Purpose:Read out by Rtr. Mahmudul Hasan.

4. Self Introduction:Rtr. Sajol has taken privilege to introduce nominated DRR for year 2012-13 Rtr. Mahmudul Hasan from

Rotaract club of Dhaka Urbana. All other prospective members and guests introduced themselves.

5. Mailbox open:Mail and information was served by Rtr. Sajol. Some of the issues are :

District Collar handover program at 1st July, 5 pm. Invitations of the 1st meetings of other clubs. District Installation in Bangabondhu International Conference Center(BICC) at 27 th July , 2011,whereas

the registration fees are 250/= taka .There is a declaration of 100% award for at least 12 members

registration.

Greetings: President and secretary of new elected board have got greetings massage from the RTC ofthe Secretary of Dhaka Forth, IPP of Dhaka North, Dhaka Pacific and also from DRR Nominated 2012-

2013, Rtr. Mahmudul.

6. Report SubmissionService Report:

o Club Service Report: Rtr Asad stated about New Rota Year Launching Rally at 1 st july, where 10 ofthe members ensured their registration and of them 5 of the members were present. Time: 7.30am and

Venue: Shahid Minar to Press Club. A club service program is also conducted by Rtr. Asad.

o Community Service Report: Community Service report was read out by Rtr. PP Sajol . He shared theevent conducted in 1

stJuly named New Rota Year Celebration-2011,where the main community events

were tree plantation and education material distribution.

o International Service Report: Due to absence of International Service Director the report submissionwas postponed and held for next meeting.

o Professional Service Report: Due to absence of Professional Service Director the report submissionwas postponed and held for next meeting.

Other Report:

o Treasurer Report: Served by Rtr. PP Sajol. He re-informed members about paying club dues, which isworth total of 375 taka only per person for a year.

o Sgt-At-Arms report:Served by Rtr. Rubayet , and the percentages of attendance is 56%.

7. Speech session:o Speech of club members

On behalf of R.T.C Dhaka North PP Rtr. Mahmudul, PP Rtr. Sajol, Vice president of new board Rtr. Joy

expressed their gratitude to be part of this club.further wise Rtr. Mahmud suggested elected president and

secretary to obey about the code of conduct of club meeting. Afterward Rtr. Sajol assured the new board to help

all along.

o Visitors SpeechRtr. Raju (president of Rotaract Club of Gazipur Bonorupa), Rtr. Harun (PP of Rotaract Club of Dilkhusha), Ex

Rotaractor Shahadat (charter president of Rotaract Club of Dhaka Urbana),Ex Rotaractor Rashed (Rotaract Club

of Dhaka North) and lastly Elected DRR for 2012-13 Rtr. Hasan have greeted warmly to new elected board

2011-12.Ex Rotaractor Shahadat informed club members about International Rotary District Conference-2012

and encouraged them to attend for gaining international experiences.

8. Awards and Recognition: Reception: Rtr. PP Sajol has declared the reception of Rtr. PP Hasan as Elected DRR of District 3280

for 2012-13.Ex Rtr. Rashed handed over a bundle of flowers to Rtr. Hasan.

New Member Recognition: Elected DRR 2012-13 Rtr.Hasan tagged a pin of RTC Dhaka North to thenew member of the club Rtr. Rubayet.

Gift hampers: Ex Rotaractor Rashed handed over some gift hamper to new club president, secretary ofRTC Dhaka North and also Elected DRR of 2012-13.

Timely Attendance: Awarded to Rtr. Mahmudul, PP of RTC Dhaka North.9. Vote of Thanks:

Vote of thanks was given by Rtr. Sayed.

10.Secretary announcement:Rtr. Rownak requested all the members to attend the Club Meeting No- 842 to be held on 15

thJuly, 2011 at 5.30

P.M in the Venue IBAIS University, Campus, House # 21/A, Road # 16 (Old-27), Dhanmondi R/A, Dhaka-

1209 .
