Welcome to
Crosswinds Golf & Country Club
Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at Crosswinds Golf & Country Club. We are
located on 200 acres, with immaculate greens, 100 year old trees, beautiful ponds, and
surrounded by the rugged cliffs of two of the most spectacular points on the Niagara
Escarpment, Rattlesnake Point and Mount Nemo.
Crosswinds Golf & Country Club is a public golf course where everyone is welcome. We are
committed to providing you & your guests with the highest standard of service and the finest
quality of food. We offer a wide selection of gourmet meals created by our Executive Chef
Dino Graziotto, served by our attentive and courteous Event Servers. We have a variety of
rooms & patio options to suit your group.

GRAND HALL
Features panoramic views of Crosswinds beautiful golf
course and Rattlesnake Point Escarpment. We set up 60” round
tables, rectangular tables, and bistro tables for meetings or
events. We provide Royal Doulton china, fine cutlery, and
stemware, white tablecloths and your choice of white or black
napkins. Crosswinds retractable LCD projector, 10-foot screen for
video presentations, Wi-Fi, podium, microphone, risers & up-
lighting are also available.
Meetings: We set up a hollowed out square, U-shape, or theatre-
style seating. We recommend morning business meetings
during the golf season until 11am. The Grand Hall is adjacent to
the Pebblestone Pub, and the pub opens at 11am. Off season, the
Grand Hall is available for full day meetings or seminars.
Events: We set up 60” round tables, rectangular tables, and bistro
tables in a variety of ways.

Capacity: 170 seated guests, 200 Theatre Style, 250 with Cocktail

PEBBLESTONE PUB
You can sit and enjoy stunning views of the golf course,
Rattlesnake Point Escarpment, or watch the large screen TV. The
Pub opens at 11am every day during the golf season. Our Chef
can serve up to 16 guests à la carte from our Pub Menu, and we
provide other Menu options for groups larger than 16.

PEBBLESTONE PUB PRIVATE LOUNGE
A beautiful retreat for a small group! Located adjacent to our
Pebblestone Pub with TV’s and panoramic views. A frosted sliding
door allows for partial privacy if required. Portable projector &
projection screen available if needed.
Room Size: 22’ x 21’
Capacity: 22 seated guests; 18 seated guests with a Buffet set
up, 10-12 guests Hollowed Out Square, 20 Guests Theatre Style
with a Projection Screen

1st TEE PATIO
Located on the Southwest side of the Clubhouse overlooking the
1st Hole, this patio has a beautiful outdoor setting! We have a
microphone available and an outdoor sound system if you
would like to personalize your event with your own music.

Capacity: 55 seated guests with Buffet set up
10th TEE PATIO
Located on the Northeast corner of the Clubhouse overlooking
the 10th Hole, with stunning views of Rattlesnake Point
Escarpment, Hole 10 & 18. This covered patio is perfect in case of
inclement weather.
Patio Size: 22’ x 16’
Capacity: 18 seated guests with Buffet set up
18th GREEN PATIO
Located on the East side of the Clubhouse. This patio makes you
feel as though you are sitting in the middle of the golf course. You
can watch your group as they finish their round!
Patio Size: Upper 77’ x 13’ and Lower 77’ x 12’
Capacity: 28 Upper Patio, 20 Lower Patio
BOARDROOM
Located within our stately Clubhouse, with seating for up to
10 guests. Includes Wi-Fi, telephone conferencing, 50” TV with
laptop hookup.

How are costs determined?
All menu and bar prices are subject to 15% Service Charge & 13% HST. Room Rental is subject to HST.
How much are Children’s Meals?
Infants to 5 years old: No Charge - Please let us know if a small amount of food is required.
Children 6 to 12 years old: Chicken Fingers & Ice Cream Sundae or Half Portion of Adult Entrée -
Half Price of Adult Entrée
Children 13 years of age and older: Adult Entrée
Is there a Room Rental fee?
We have a Room Rental fee depending on the type of event and time of year. Please inquire about
your event.
Do you require a deposit to book an event?
We require a deposit to secure your booking.
Do you have a minimum number of guests required for booking?
Depending on the location of the event, we may have a minimum.
When do we need to let you know the final number of guests for the meal?
We require an estimated number of guests (4) four weeks prior to the event, and a final guaranteed
number of guests 10 days prior to the event. We plan & prepare based on the guaranteed number. In
the event the attendance is lower than the guaranteed number of guests, the organizer is responsible
for payment of the guaranteed number.

How and when do we pay for our event?
We require full payment immediately following your event. This payment may be made by credit card,
or Interac.
Are we able to bring our own alcoholic beverages or wine?
We are required to purchase alcohol under our Liquor License. If you are interested in wine at dinner
that may not appear on our list, we can look into it for you. Corkage fees are applicable, please ask for
more details.
Can we bring in our own food?
No food is permitted to come from outside Crosswinds Golf & Country Club, except for celebration
cakes. All our food is prepared by our Executive Chef. To ensure food safety, no food prepared by
Crosswinds Golf & Country Club is permitted to leave the premises.
How do I take care of my guests who require vegetarian meals, or meals with special requirements
(gluten free, lactose free, no shellfish, no red meat, nut free etc.)?
Please let your guests know the menu you are planning on serving to find out if they require a special
meal. Please give us their name along with the type of meal they require (vegetarian, lactose intolerant,
gluten free etc.). The Chef will prepare the appropriate meal for your guest.
Do you have AV Equipment?
Yes, we have a 10-foot retractable projection screen and a retractable projector in the Grand Hall, as
well as a portable projector & screen. We suggest using your laptop computer with our system in the
Grand Hall, and to test the presentation beforehand to insure it is working properly. We can also provide
a cordless microphone and a podium.
What do you supply for the guest tables in the Grand Hall?
We provide white tablecloths, and your choice of black or white napkins. We also have votive holders
and tea light candles for each table. Organizers supply their own centerpieces and decorations.
When will the room be available?
Depending on the functions we have, it may be possible to set up for your event the day before.
However, if we have a function the night before, the room will not be available for set up until 9:00am
the day of your function.

We would be pleased to provide you with experiences of clients who have hosted an event at
