sichtlicher. SchCal merkt sich die Auswahl des Anwenders undschlgt diese fr die nchste Entscheidung vor. Bilder und Profil-querschnitte untersttzen die Artikelauswahl. Zustzlich knnendie Artikel nach Eigenschaften wie Ansichtsbreiten, Panik-funktionen oder Lagerlnge gewhlt werden.Der Kantenschnitt zeigt sofort technische Details und ermglichteine direkte Kontrolle der Eingabe.Element-Preis und U-Wert werden permanent aktualisiert und

angezeigt. Bei jeder nderung wird die Differenz zum letztenArbeitsschritt berechnet. Dies ermglicht einfache Variantenver-gleiche bei technischen nderungen und Profilsystem-Wechsel.

The new program interface makes SchCal 2013 even moreintelligent and easier to use. The new menu ribbon offers greaterfunctionality, whilst the dialog boxes are even clearer. SchCal

records the selection made by the user and suggests this nexttime. Images and profile cross sections help with articleselection. The articles can also be selected according to theirproperties, such as the face widths, panic functions or stocklengths.The edge section detail immediately displays technical informationand allows any entries to be checked at once.The unit price and U value are constantly updated and displayed.

When any change is made, the difference compared to theprevious step is calculated. This allows variations to be easilycompared when technical changes are made and the profilesystem is changed.

Mit nur einem Maus-klick greift er direkt auf die entsprechenden Fertigungszeich-nungen, z.B. fr die Montage, zu. Dadurch reduzieren sichzeitfressende Recherchettigkeiten und Suchaufwnde in derFertigung und Montage.

This new functionality provides the metal fabricator with adirect overview of all relevant technical drawings (K drawings)for a unit. The single click of a mouse allows direct access tothe corresponding fabrication drawings, for installation forexample. SchCal untersttzt Kunden mit eigenem Isomaten beiAuswahl und Rsten der Rollen. Abhngig vom vorhandenenIsomaten in der Werkstatt ermittelt SchCal automatisch die

SchCal supports customers using their own Isomats in theselection and set up of the rollers. Depending on the availableIsomats in the workshop, SchCal automatically calculates theappropriate rolling list for the selected batch. SchCal erweitert die Ausgabe fr Profilschnitte und Element-ansichten. Somit knnen detaillierte Ausgaben ohne CAD-Kenntnisse erstellt werden. Nach Auswahl des Papierformatskann der Metallbauer in der Druckvorschau Elementansichtund Profilschnitte blattfllend skalieren. Die im Element ange-legten Profilschnitte knnen einzeln zur Ausgabe ausgewhltwerden. Schnitte, Elementansicht und Texte knnen dabei frei

auf dem Blatt positioniert werden.

Inventor ist die ideale Ergnzung zu SchCad. Mit SchCadInventor werden Unterkonstruktionen und Bleche einfach in 3Derstellt. Die Parametrische Modellierung ermglicht physikali-

sche Auswertungen der Modelle. Alle Schco Systemprofilesind in der Profilbibliothek enthalten und knnen mit wenigenKlicks in die Zeichnung geladen werden. Lnge, Mittellage undWinkel der 3D-Profile werden an Stabanfang und ende einfacherfasst. Intelligente Einfgemarken vereinfachen die Profile-verbindung z.B. auf Gehrung.Aus SchCal werden 3D-Elementskizzen einfach nach Inventorbergeben.

Inventor is the ideal addition to SchCad. SchCad Inventor isused to draw substructures and sheet metal easily in 3D. Theparametric modelling can be used to physically evaluate themodels. All Schco system profiles are included in the profilelibrary and can be loaded into the drawing in just a few clicks.Length, centres and angles of the 3D profiles are determined at

the start and end of the bar. Intelligent insertion points simplifythe joining together of profiles, e.g. mitred.3D unit diagrams can be transferred easily from SchCal toInventor.
