• Metro Vancouver permits include conditions that address emission sources at an industrial facility, but not transportation sources entering or leaving the facility

• Metro Vancouver works collaboratively with other levels of government on sources that are not within our jurisdiction

• awaiting application to amend existing Metro Vancouver air permit (will not address marine vessels or rail cars in transit)
