Come join Michelle for a day of learning ways to understand and improve your horse's balance and connection and exploring how subtle changes in your posture can positively or negatively influence your horse
and your effectiveness as a rider. The focus will be on helping you to develop a better understanding of healthy posture and biomechanics for your individual horse and for yourself as a rider.
We will start off with theory and simulation, explore some concepts on the ground, and have lots of time for riding!
