You have to break this down for your business or you won't know where you are at AND if the products and services you are selling will help you achieve your goal.

Commission on product: $100/sale

Time to achieve goal: 1 year

$50,000 = 500 sales per year

Let's make an assump;on that a lead converts to a sale at 10% and you want 2 sales per day.

Let's make a 2nd assump;on that a poten;al customer "opts-‐in" to become a lead at 2%.

At this point you might be thinking, that is a lot of people I need to reach to get leads. And you would be correct.

But there are other variables you can change to make this more manageable, like offering $297 product or $497 product. Obviously, profit will change the equa#on, but also keep in mind that your lead conversion to sale rate (10%) can also change.
