Exploring Second Life

Technical difficulties

Made it to class

• I tried to participate, however, I kept getting booted off the site.

Exploratorium

• I was able to meet with a few of my class mates for a few minutes before getting booted off again.

Booted from Exploratorium, tried to meet back at the Science Center

• When I attempted to log back in and go to the last known destination, everyone was off having fun…..

Made several attempts to check out other Second Life locations….

• It took me over two hours of logging in and getting the “boot”….• I was able to find a few tech museums and a empty conference

room

Right back where I started

• Extremely frustrating to not have the ability to participate with my classmates

• I learned to be patient and not give up.
