Technopark-Phase I

General :

TPT informed CRN about positioning a project architect at Trivandrum for the TP project works for effective and close interaction and CRN replied that this matter will be discussed with CRN Director.

MLCP: Preliminary MLCP drawings

(site plan, floor plans, section and area statement) prepared by CRN was presented to TP team for review.

TP team confirmed that the drawings submitted would be reviewed with CEO and comments provided. ( This has since been conveyed by TP team to CRN vide mail dt.30.05.2014)

Required the 3m clear height False ceiling for aesthetic look. CRN brought to the attention of TPT that most of the IT offices have false ceiling heights of around 2.7 m from FFL.If 3 M to be considered, then the HVAC load will increase considerably.But CRN architect informed that the False ceiling height 2.7m also will give the good aesthetic look.

CRN also informed TPT that for IT office , 4 m height/floor would work efficiently against the suggested 4.2 m from TPT end.TPT to review with CEO and confirm the height requirement.

CRN further informed TPT about final requirement of the MLCP complex plus IT office in it as other services’ core can e finalized based on the requirements including sizing STP,UG sump etc. as a dedicated stand alone provisions.

Techno park – Phase III

1.

Phase III site plan drawing modified by CRN team post 14th May discussion was submitted and reviewed with TP team.

The minor modifications suggested by TP team to be incorporated by CRN and the revised site plan drawing to be sent (This has since been sent by CRN on 2.6.14)

On the IV floor’s proposed interiors, CRN requested TP team to provide some basic requirements for the preparation of schematic level drawings.

TP team informed that the requirements would be furnished shortly after an internal review with CEO.
