The unit tripped at 1347 on November 5th due to undervoltage on Bus 11i caused by a ground fault in No.11 Feedwater Pump motor. tie unit was;i returned to service at 0631 the following day and power was limited to'- about 65%. At 0942 on November 15th, a ground fault in No. 12 Feedwater

Pump motor caused another trip. No.11 Feedwater Pump motor was re-paired and the unit restarted at 1714 on November 25th and limited toabout 65% power. On November 30th, No.12 Feedwater Pump was returnedto service and the unit was escals. ting to full power.

The unit tripped at 2333 on November 1st on high steam generator leveli when a feedwater regula*.ing valve alfunctioned. The unit was returned.' ; to service at 0122 on November 3rd. Another trip occurred at 1044 on

' November 14th when a pressurizer level transmitter was valved out with'

another in trip. The unit was restarted at 1320 the same day but fluxdistribution problems caused power to be limited to 50% for a day. Theunit is base loaded at 100%.
