LATIN AMERICA PARTNERS INSTITUTIONS ‐ ACTIVE BORROWERS AND PORTFOLIO LAST 12 MONTHS
* Over 2012, institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean increased their active client by 76,934 clients (2.1%). In absolute terms, Mibanco in Peru was the institution in this group with the largest increase: 33,769 active clients (7.8%). Furthermore, this group grew its active portfolio by US$342.4 million (7.6%), and Compartamos was the institution in this group with the highest increase in this variable: US$114.1 million (13.4%) even when data is available as of March 2012.

AFRICA AND ASIA PARTNERS INSTITUTIONS ‐ ACTIVE BORROWERS AND PORTFOLIO LAST 12 MONTHS
* Partners in Africa increased by 3,299 active clients (4.7%). In absolute terms, Sogesol/Haiti was the institution with the highest increase in this variable by 1,974 clients (8.3%). On the other hand, this group increased its active portfolio by US$1.4 million (1.9%) and Akiba in Tanzania was the institution that increased more: US$3.5 million (9.7%). *Partners in Asia grew by 1,725 active clients (2.1%). In absolute terms, the increase in this variable occurred mainly by the growth of Swadhaar (India) with 7,577 clients (10.8%). Furthermore, this group decrease its active portfolio by US ‐$0.2 million (‐1.1%) and Swadhaar also was the only institution in this group that increased in this variable the most: 0.8 million (6.7%).

PORTFOLIO AT RISK > 30 DAYS –COMPARISON DECEMBER 2011 / MAY 2012
By First quarterly of 2012, the group of Institutions of Latin America and the Caribbean showed an increase in their portfolio at risk of 0.45 points; it remains below the weighted
average of all institutions by 0.06 points.
The group Partners in Africa increased It’s indicator by 1.79 percentage points. However, it is the only group that remains above the total weighted average (4.08 points above).
The group of partners in Asia showed an increase of 0.92 points. However, it stays 1.29 points below the weighted average of the total risk indicator.
