A Smile is the Coolest Thing You Can Wear.
In the creative cellars of the picturesque town of Stryn, Norway (population 6750), just over 10 years ago, two local designers Simen Staalnacke and Peder Børresen, after years of global travels, international stud-ies and nights of sizzling cocktails, gave birth to a concept soon to be known, worn, and adored; the Norwegian fashion lifestyle brand “Moods of Norway”. Soon the duo met up with the third musketeer, Stefan Dahlkvist and drew their lines for the coming collections.
As of this golden minute, Moods of Norway is presented in the most polished and happy stores around the world.
Our main goal is to make “Happy Clothes for Happy People” by blending our Norwegian heritage with vibrant colorful fashion.
THE COLLECTION
For SS15 Moods of Norway has created it’s Cocktail Sport Collection for the fitness minded consumer who likes to mix their fitness cocktail with ingredients containing a dash of fashion and a strong dose of fun in their athletic lifestyle.
The collection is inspired by old school gymnastics combined with the Moods of Norway approach to a fun loving attitude.Urban training and casualwear are key ingredients to the collection, with a color palette ranging from soft mélanges combined with shades of raspberry, to a fresh acidic yellow accent.
The SS15 Collection is inspired by the mindset that fitness should be fun, and is playfully illustrated by humorous prints and slogans based on fun memories from gym class.With its creative mixture of technical garments with reflective detailing, and everyday sporty fashion, the collection presents cool looks radiating youth and confidence.
