TO REDUCE STRESS & ANXIETY An easy start to your journey of reduced stress and anxiety is break up sitting time. Move every 30-60 minutes and get up from your work desk to grab a drink or walk around for 5 minutes. Exercises such as calf raises or hip abductions (glut activation) are great when waiting for coffee or printing documents. If you are short for time, try out high intensity interval training – a time efficient form of exercise to maximally exert yourself. Basically, the higher the intensity of exercise the more antidepressive effects occur. Try out breathing exercises, such as 4 seconds inhale and 8 seconds exhale or soft inhales and a hard, forced exhale after your workouts or when feeling stressed. Controlled breathing can decrease heart rate and reduce blood pressure as you start to destress.

Linguine VongoleMETHOD:
1. Rinse the clams in cold running water, and scrub if necessary, thenput them into a large bowl and cover with cold water. Salt generouslyand leave for a couple of hours, then drain and rinse well to removeany grit or sand.
2. Put the spaghetti into a large pan of salted boiling water and cookfor a couple of minutes under the recommended time, until nearlydone. Set aside in a colander.
3. Meanwhile, put half the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heatand soften the garlic and anchovies. Add the halved cherry tomatoesand drained clams. Turn up the heat.
4. Pour in the wine, cover and leave for a couple of minutes untilmost of them have opened. Discard any that are still closed. Add theothers to the sauce, picking a few out of their shells for variety.
5. Drain the linguine and add to the pan. Toss well and leave for aminute, then stir through the chopped parsley, lemon juice. Season totaste with black pepper and serve with dried chilli flakes.

Spaghetti alle vongole, Italian for spaghetti with clams, is a dish that is very popular throughout Italy, especially in Campania.
PREP TIME: 10 min COOK TIME: 10 min TOTAL: 20 min YIELDS: 2 servings
INGREDIENTS:• 250g of clams• 150g of dried quality linguine• 125ml of dry white wine• 2 anchovies• 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes,
halved• 1 pinch of dried chilli flakes• 1 bunch of fresh Italian
parsley, finely diced• 4 garlic cloves, finely sliced• 4 tablespoon of extra virgin
olive oil• Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
