Comment: Physical theatre is a hard and challenging thing to do and we hear you when you tell us you were nervous aboutit but we have to congratulate you on your hard work and your strong effort to make the show happen. Your a good company member and you have worked well to get over your nerves and to be comfortable in doing things that your not used to and this makes us look ahead positively to see you continue todevelop.

Comment: You obviously love your work and you are taking on

a lot of new ideas and skillsin a very open way you reallywant to learn and develop yourself as an actor and this shows when you are on your feet working. You always approach the work with a positive attitude which is an assist to you and your company, you are alwaysopen to ideas but I would like to see you challenge yourself to put more of your own intothe pot. You have started thefoundations to a great actorslogbook and have a great contribution to the company blog site but I want to see this be pushed more and for you to putyour voice more into discussions on the floor.
