Comment: Physical theatre is a hard and challenging thing to do and we hear you when you tell us you were nervous aboutit but we have to congratulate you on your hard work and your strong effort to make the show happen. Your a good company member and you have worked well to get over your nerves and to be comfortable in doing things that your not used to and this makes us look ahead positively to see you continue todevelop.

You always approach the work with a positive attitude which is an assist to you and your company, you are alwaysopen to ideas but I would like to see you challenge yourself to put more of your own intothe pot. You have started thefoundations to a great actorslogbook and have a great contribution to the company blog site but I want to see this be pushed more and for you to putyour voice more into discussions on the floor. We have seenyour really come out of your shell and we have no doubt that you will continue to flourish in a positive manner and we look forward to that and working with you on the next process.
