Housing• New Housing: The city should focus on more suburban

living, while making taller and neater apartments within the urban area.

• Old Housing: Demolish old housing so that we have space for better housing. We could also convert the old properties into a park or recreation center.

Businesses, Malls, Stores• Most businesses should be under one roof. The city could invest in

skyscrapers where multiple companies and chain stores could settle in.

• Other skyscrapers should contain malls and convenience stores so that everything can be in one place. The city should build plazas that mirror the mall so that the people living in the suburbs could simply walk there.

Transportation• The city could convert to fast trains and buses to get people

wherever they need to go. If people need to go anyway that’s close to their house, they should ride a bicycle. Society should convert to electric cars.

Entertainment• Theaters, clubs, museums, and other types of

entertainment can distributed through the urban and suburban areas. These places can be included within the skyscraper malls. They can also be included in the plazas close to the suburbs.

Green spaces• Preservation of green areas• Parks in the skyscrapers• More green suburbs• Build transportation through natural areas
