NESMA heeft haar basis bij de cost drivers, maar haar bijdrage straalt uit naar de andere vier gebieden. 22. Cost-drivers Onderscheid in size dependent costdrivers en size independant costdrivers Verschil tussen size-drivers en productivity-drivers 23. Size-drivers Size-driver Determines the size of a basic element within a life-cycle stage Size delivery rate The amount of effort to deliver one unit of size without impact of any productivity driver Combined effort The effort to deliver a size based on the delivery rates for that specific elements, stages and environment. Factors that can influence the overall productivity and therewith effort (productivity drivers) are not taken into account. 24. Productivity-drivers Productivity-driver Influences the overall size based effort of a basic element within a life-cycle stage. Total effort The effort determined by taking the combined effort and taking overall productivity drivers into account. Gebruikers die er voordeel aan hebben idem. En dat zijn juist NIET de metrics experts, maar de managers die beslissingen nemen en het resultaat nodig hebben. Het "hoe" gebruiken is secundair en vinden de metrieken experts (wij dus) toch wel. Zorg dat je concreet bent qua nut, dus gn ver van mijn bed show alleen voor metrieken experts. Spreek dus de managementlagen aan, de beslissers. Daar gaat het uiteindelijk om. Ik denk dan bijvoorbeeld aan een welkomspagina met een heel duidelijke presentatievorm gericht op managers, de pagina's erachter kun je inrichten voor de experts. Niet minder belangrijk, maar gewoon minder zichtbaar. Wij vinden het toch wel. 42. | SPRING MEETING 2014 Food for thought survey Het moet verfrissend zijn, nieuw uitstralen. Bij iedere klant waar ik met FPA/Nesma aan de slag ga ontstaat op een moment wel het beeld dat FPA 30 jaar oud is en geen rekening houdt met nieuwe applicaties, mobile apps, responsive designs etc en een bezoek aan de website weet hier dan geen positieve draai aan te geven. Ik vind het erg expert-gedreven (van binnen de Nesma organisatie uit geredeneerd) en dat moet natuurlijk voor een deel ook, maar het gaat juist om de rol/doel van de experts met de samenwerking richting organisaties/mensen waar Nesma een rol in kan spelen. Op de homepage van de Nesma site moet ook direct getriggert worden... wat zijn problemen/issues/vragen/.... van mensen die de Nesma site bezoeken? Zijn het de experts die weten wat Nesma en FPA is en enkel meer expert-materiaal willen? 43. | SPRING MEETING 2014 Food for thought with a drink 1. What is the new audience we should attract? 2.
