Background Check

Applicable background checkdocuments are emailed to HR [email protected] or faxedto HR at 601-510-2971 for Background check. *see figure A

All Management, FEC, TreasureHunt Cashiers, & Truck DriverApplicants are submitted for theextended background check.

Extended background checks takeapproximately 2-5 days to process.

Wait for email from HR with background results: Proceed Do Not Proceed

In some instances, you may receive a “proceed with restrictions” result that is based on the findings from the background check. To get the restrictions lifted, the applicant must correct the issue and be resubmitted for another background check.

New Hire Paperwork / Orientation

Applicant completes all paper documents requiredfor employment. (State Tax Form, Policy SignoffSheets, Direct Deposit Form).

Employee completes online hiring information. Orientation of policies are covered. Day 1 of Four Week Training Program

Time spent completing this step is considered the employee’s first day of work and is PAID TIME.

WOTC, Associate Number, & Original Paperwork

HR enters employee information into system andemails associate number to store.

All original employee paperwork is mailed to HR atthe following address with “Attention File Clerk”written on the package.
