New Password-Free Login of Amway Digital Platforms has been Launched

In order to improve the user experience and provide more flexible and convenient login methods,password-freeloginofAmwaydigitalPlatformshas beenlaunched,pursuingthegoalof “using only one mobile phone number to handle your Amway business”, and solving the problem that the current Amway accounts may not be using unique mobile phone number. In future, users can log in to Amway’sdigitalplatforms throughpasswordormobilephoneverificationcode tounifyaccount informationandestablish a comprehensive customer database. Before using this function, users need to bind theirmobilephonenumbersfirst,sothattheycanlogintoAmShop,AmwayHubandAmChatinvariousways.

Use the Distributor/Privileged Customer ID and password to log in to AmShop, AmwayHub and AmChat as usual to proceed with the binding process.

● Scenario 1: Single household, without mobile phone number bound

Key in your ADA number or PC membership number and password, you will be directed to the “Bind Your MobilePhoneNumber”page.Inputyourmobilephonenumberandverificationcodetocompletebinding.

Youcanalsochoose“NextTime”tobindyourmobilephonenumbernexttimewhenyoulogin.

● Scenario 2: Couple household, both without mobile phone number bound

Key in your ADA number or PC membership number and password, you will be directed to the “Bind Your MobilePhoneNumber”page.Inputyourmobilephonenumberandverificationcodetocompletebinding.

You can also choose to bind the mobile phone number for another household.

● Scenario 3: Couple household, one without mobile phone number bound

Key in your ADA number or PC membership number and password, you will be directed to the reminder page “Your mobile phone number is not bound with your ADA/PC number”. You can input your mobile phonenumberandverificationcodetocompletebinding.

Note: If one of the household has not bound the mobile phone number, the reminder page will pop up every timeyouuseyourADA/PCnumbertologin.

● Scenario 4: Mobile phone number was bound to another ABO/PC account

If your mobile phone number was bound to another ABO/PC account and you wish to update it, you can input thefirst6digits (including letter)ofyourHKIDcard registered for theADAnumber toverifyyouridentityandthenkeyintheverificationcodetobindyourmobilephonenumbertoyourcurrentABO/PCaccount.

Afterbindingsuccessfully,youcanenjoy3waystologintoAmway’sdigitalplatforms,including:1) ADA/PC Number + Password; 2) Mobile Phone Number + Password; and 3) Mobile Phone Number + Verification Code (Password-free login).
