ORALITE® UV Traffi c Sign Printer

In co-operation with ORAFOL Europe GmbH, Sigmajet have developed the ORALITE® UV Traffi c

Sign Printer. The printer has been developed specifi cally for printing onto ORALITE® High Intensity

Prismatic materials, with a unique seven colour ink system making the production process both

quick and easy. Special attention has been paid to make this printer as simple as possible

to set up and perform maintenance on.

The UV digital printing system is an environmentally friendly alternative to the screen

printing technology, especially for smaller production runs as well as for production of

signs with variable information, directions and other information that may require only a

quantity of one or two signs.

The new traffic sign manufacturing system consists of three components:

prismatic materials for applications including cone collars,

tubular posts and flexible roll up signs. Materials are available to

comply with EN 12899-1 and EN 13422, and feature the superior

durability, flexibility, abrasion resistance and lasting performance

Flexible Signs and Cones

Flexible signs, traffic cones and tubular posts have some of the toughest jobs on the road.
