We continue to welcome students from many different countries and it is good to see students making friends. We were sad to say goodbye to our teacher Matt who will be returning to Canada after some travelling but welcome back Zuleyha from her trip to Turkey. We also welcome Matt and Ibolya, our new teachers on the evening session. Our recent bbq picnic at Bronte beach was a huge success with students enjoying soccer, games and lots of goods food. I look forward to attending the next one.

Jack, South Korea

This month the entire school went to the beautiful Bronte Beach which has a great bbq area and is close to the beach, surf and open water pool. It was a fantastic day, the sun was shining and the surf was up.

Some students brought games, such as soccer, totum tennis and Frisbee. One our Italian students even brought his surfboard! We ate, drank and chatted until the sun was starting to shine away from us. Everyone had a great time, making new friends from other levels, exploring the beautiful area of Bronte.

Picnic Day First of all I was impressed with Bronte Beach which is smaller than the other beaches. Eating bbq near the beach was a special experience to me. It is rare in Korea, and I felt like I was on TV and thought this is Western Culture. I was also happy to meet friends again who quit the school a few days ago. I spent time playing soccer with my classmates. A few people went in the water and enjoyed playing. Let’s go together next time, I can help you go into the water.
