2020 Chamber Banquet
February 29, 2020
The annual Chamber Banquet was held on
February 29, 2020.
Bonham, Texas -- The Bonham Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet 2020 was a huge success! The theme this year was Through the
Decades and many of the 320 attendees took that theme to heart when they dressed up in period clothing.
Hors d’oeuvres were provided by The Breakfast Stop and the most popular desserts from the decades were provided by Dina’s Catering.
A display car from each decade ('20s, '40s, '50s, '60s, '70s, '80s) was pro-vided by the Red River Car Club.
Randolph McGee auctioned off our 11 items donated by our Chamber Board Members and Senator Bob Hall.

The 2020 Bonham Chamber Annual Golf Tournament
will be held on May 15th at 9:00am. For Sponsorships
and Tickets please go to https://squareup.com/store/

us at 903-583-4811
The 2020 Bonham Chamber Golf Tournament will be
using flight division of teams to determine prize winners.
In a golf tournament, a "flight' is a division or grouping
of golfers within the tournament, who are competing
against one another rather than against the entire field of
golfers.
The Chamber tournament will be splitting the total num-
ber of teams into three "flights" based on scores from the
tournament. If there are a total of 18 teams, ranked ac-
cording to score, then the first place prize would go to
the 1st place team, the 2nd place prize would go to the
6th place team (which would be the top team in its
"flight") and the 3rd place prize would go to the team in
12th place (the top team in its "flight").
We hope players will enjoy the twist on competition this
new tournament format will bring.
Two New Directors Needed
The Bonham Chamber of Directors is needing to fill two spots on the board. If you are interested and meet the qualifications below please contact us for more information.
Each candidate or their company must be an active member in
good standing and must have agreed to accept the responsibility of a
directorship.
It is the policy of the Bonham Area Chamber of Commerce that a
Board of Director is expected to attend regular Board of Director (about
12) and Special Director meetings (as called) annually to keep informed
and make good decisions. If a Director shall miss three (3) consecutive
meetings, unexcused, or shall miss six meetings, unexcused, during
each calendar year of their term he/she shall be suggested for replace-
ment and their position be filled by and appointment for the remainder
of their term.
In February the complex hosted the Annual Farm and Ranch Roundup
The event drew 350 people from around the area
The facility also hosted three paid events for the month
Red River Beef Masters Heifer Sale on May 16, 2020 — This is the third year the complex
has hosted this event and the organizers really like the facility
