TRANSCRIPT

Growing up, Ive heard the saying, April showers brings May flowers. Never really understand what that meant, but it always seemed true. One year it seemed to rain almost everyday in April. When May came, thesun shined bright, the flowers were at full bloom, and the grass was fulland green. The second part of Psalms 30:5 says, Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning. In life we go through April kind of month with; hurt, pain, disappointments that may through April kind of month with; hurt, pain, disappointments that may cause us to weep. But the weeping is not to discourage you; its just watering your seed. God has placed a seed within us all. In order for that seed to grow it has to be watered (weeping). The scripture also tells us that Joy comes in the morning. What are you saying? Dont look at a situation for what it is, because its temporary. Instead say GOOD MORNING JESUS. Our prayer should be: God what Im facing right now doesnt look good or feel good, but I know its for my good. Thanknow doesnt look good or feel good, but I know its for my good. Thankyou for allowing my seed to be watered. I pray that by this it canbring forth good fruits (through my testimony), and a beautifulgarden (through my lifestyle). Nehemiah 8:10 says, that the joy of the Lord is your strength. Thank you for your Joy and Your Strength. So now I say, GOOD MORNING JESUS. Amen

May the Lord smile on you. (Numbers 6:25, NLT)

We all want to please God and make Him smile. Since pleasing God is our purpose, finding ways to do that, is a very important task. Ephesians 5:10 says, Figure out what pleases Christ and then do it. God used Noah in Genesis 6:8 to show us an example of a life pleasing to God. It says,Noah was pleasure to God. (LB Verison) In Noahs day the entire world had became morally bankrupt. Everyone lived for their own pleasure, not Gods. God coulnt find anyone willing or interested in pleasing Him. He was grieved by the sins of the people andanyone willing or interested in pleasing Him. He was grieved by the sins of the people andHe regretted creating them. God became disgusted with the human race, in so much so thatHe considered destroying them. Yet, Noah made God smile and God spared him and his family from distruction. He did the same for all creatures on the earth.

When we love God more than anything and always put Him first, it makes Him smile. Noah in Genesis 6:9, consistently followed Gods will and enjoyed a close relationship withHim. (NLT Version) If we want to put and keep a smile on Gods face, here are five thingswe can do, the same includes: putting Him first in our lives one day at a time (Psalm 42:1), we can do, the same includes: putting Him first in our lives one day at a time (Psalm 42:1), trust Him completely in good times and bad times (Proverbs 3:5), obey Him wholeheartedly(Psalm 119:33 and St. John 14:15), praise and thank Him in advance (Psalm 69:30), and useour abilities willingly (Psalm 37:23).

It is important to understand the point-of-view of a mother. It is a difficult job to have and may sometimes be overwhelming, especialy if you have a career, are a First Lady, or a single mother. Statistics show that the marjority of children are raised by single mothers and almost half of them live below the poverty line. 22.4 percent of single mothers live onunemployment while 23.2 are without a job the entire year. 45.8 percent are on food stamps or some sort of government assistance. Dr. David Pelcovitz, Ph. D., in a article titled,Parenting: The Impact of Working Mothers on Child DevelopmentParenting: The Impact of Working Mothers on Child Development, dated January 3, 2013, stated that women who work full-time are likely to have symptoms of depression. He also stated that when a mother goes to work full-time, her children experience behavioral problems. I truly believe that stattics in regards to mother only covers a slight insight into thejobsof a mother. Perhaps they should have interviewed a few other women, who happen to go beyond the call of a mother and juggles, carreers, education, churches, and other activitiesSince they werent interviewed for the aforementioned statistics, lets give them a chance.

First Lady Delores Newson: First Lady Delores Newson: Being a wife, mother of 3, grandmother of 7, business woman, and First Lady of Living Word Tabernacle of Faith; is not an easy task..You have to makesacrifices, find a balance between personal, church, and marriage. The only way you can achieve this demanding task is with Gods help. I never would have thought that God wouldve call me to be a First Lady. He had to show and teach me how to love his people the way that Christ loves us. He had to teach me how to share my husbands time and attention when it come with dealing with HIS sheep. Its not always easy, but I thank God for taking me step by step. If you are a First Lady, you know how important your job is in the ministry. when it come with dealing with HIS sheep. Its not always easy, but I thank God for taking me step by step. If you are a First Lady, you know how important your job is in the ministry. Not only do you have to be a mother to the motherless, assist with the ministry activities; but you also have to keep the man of God lifted in Prayer. You CANNOT operate in your role successfully as a woman, mother, or First Lady; if you have not established a prayer life. Thats your lifeline. I want to encourage all the mothers and First Ladies thats reading this article. You are in your position because God saw fit for you to be there. And while you are there, do everything as if youre doing unto GOD. Raise your kids in the manner that God article. You are in your position because God saw fit for you to be there. And while you are there, do everything as if youre doing unto GOD. Raise your kids in the manner that God requires you to. Wives love your husband in the manner that God instructed you to, and First Ladies, love Gods people the way that Christ loved you.

Osha Moore: When I became a single parent I knew that it is was going to be a life changing experience for me mentally. Raising a child as a single parent can be challenging, but rewarding and fulfilling. I would not change any of the experiences that I have gone through because it help me to become a better person. I was given the ability to bring two wonderfulrewarding and fulfilling. I would not change any of the experiences that I have gone through because it help me to become a better person. I was given the ability to bring two wonderfulbeings into this world and I would not trade them for anything in the world. Motherhood can be very demanding and overwhelming at times. Being a single parent has been a tough journey because I dont have the financial support like I should, but I thank God for a supportive church family. Sometimes it takes an emotional toll on my body because my children are totally dependent upon me. Many times I ask myself do I make the right decisions when it comes to my children and will they be proud of me as a parent. As a single mom I do not wanttotally dependent upon me. Many times I ask myself do I make the right decisions when it comes to my children and will they be proud of me as a parent. As a single mom I do not wantto fail my children and I want to do whats in their best interest, but I know if I train them up in the way of the Lord they will not depart. Very often it seems difficult trying to balance parenthood and having a social life at the same time. So far the journey has not been easy, but well worth it.Being a single parent is not a life of struggles, but a journey for the strong. - Meg Lowery

Kim Chalmers: Kim Chalmers: Being a mom is rewarding but being a working mom can be a balancing act at times. The scripture found in Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me holds an entirely different meaning for some moms. It is important to have structure in your home which may include being on a schedule, and setting priorities on tasks and extracurricular activities. The key is getting everyone in the home involved and to share the load. It is also crucial to have a relationship with God! A relationship with God gives you the help (Holy Spirit) you need to be successful in anything you do. Jesus made us a promise in John 14:26 which states but the comforter, which is the Holy Ghost whom the Father the help (Holy Spirit) you need to be successful in anything you do. Jesus made us a promise in John 14:26 which states but the comforter, which is the Holy Ghost whom the Father will send in my name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. This is the main ingredient in being a successful working mom and person in general. In closing be the best you, you can be! Live, love and trust God in all you do!

Tiffany Moss: Being a mother is not easy you have to be mentally and physically equipped to juggle it all: work, school, and parenthood. I tell you if I didn't have my good supportsystem I don't know how I would have made it. I love my son with all my heart, but he is a handful at times. I work hard for my son so that he can see how hard work and dedication system I don't know how I would have made it. I love my son with all my heart, but he is a handful at times. I work hard for my son so that he can see how hard work and dedication pays off in the long run. God has blessed us with everything we need. I thought I would be struggling being a single mother, but God seen otherwise. When I became a mother it changed my life and made me face situations I thought I would never come through. My son brightens up my bad days, and turns my frown upside down when I'm hard on myself about stuff. Being a mother has made me stronger as a person mentally.

Deborah Parks: Deborah Parks: "As a professional mom, it is a quite demanding task in a positive way---if you put God first! He will direct you on how to balance your work, home, and church life.Jesus came to give us abundant life; therefore, I must recognize when Satan is trying to disrupt my life and cause me to become distracted by the cares of life. The saying "A woman's work is never done" is a true statement in my life, but with God's guidance- All things are possible!

Kathleen Morgan: Being a mother is a great blessing and a honor, especially since I have five girls. Without Gods help, I wouldnt have made it. When I was growing up, I learned how to take care of children because I was always taking care of my siters and brothers. I even helped raise some of my neices and nepthews. I didnt have time to hang outI learned how to take care of children because I was always taking care of my siters and brothers. I even helped raise some of my neices and nepthews. I didnt have time to hang outwith my friends. I dont regret those moments because I learned how to love and care for others. Knowing how to love your children and family unconditionly, is the most importantgift you can give your child. When a child knows you love them, you can work, be a mother, and follow all your goals and ambitions because your home is taken care of. I encourageeveryone reading this article to love God, yourself, and your family. Put God first and everything else will fall into place.

Isaiah 52:1a Awake, awake, Zion, clothe yourself with strength! NIV

One of the things I heard the Lord say recentlyconcerning the body of Christ is that it is time for the saints to put on strength. Putting on hasa stronger connotation than simply adding anotherarticle of clothing to ones body. Putting on a newarticle of clothing to ones body. Putting on a newshirt or a new jacket is something that can be easily taken off. What God is urging us to do is to put on a new strength that cannot be removed. It is akin to developing thicker and stronger spiritual muscles in Him that cannot be weakened, destroyed or demolished. Daniel 7:21 lets us know that we have an adversary that is making know that we have an adversary that is making war with the saints and prevailing against us. However in verse 22, we have an advocate, the Ancient of Days, God Himself that has issued judgment in our favor. As we gird up our loins and arise in a new strength, we can overcome andsubdue the enemy to the point that he is no longerwinning against us. We are prevailing! So, how winning against us. We are prevailing! So, how do we put on strength? We become strong by fortifying ourselves in Christ. We pray. We seek Gods face. And we ask Him for help according to Psalms 119:28 to strengthen thou me according unto thy word. In much the same way that God made Jeremiah a fortified city, an iron pillar and a bronze wall, God is doing the iron pillar and a bronze wall, God is doing the same with you and me as we grow in strength andcourage. (Jeremiah 1:18 NIV) Ephesians 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
