4. Complete online course registration Use Electronic ID (EID) to log onto AIMS and do course add/drop online. For

courses which do not accept online add/drop, download the add/drop form from AIMS and send it to the course offering department for approval. If you have any further questions, contact ARRO at [email protected]

6. Apply for Hong Kong Identity Card (only applicable to students whose study period in Hong Kong exceeds 180 days)

Apply within 30 days upon arrival if you will stay in Hong Kong for over 180 days. Make an appointment at www.gov.hk/en/residents/immigration/idcard

7. Apply for “student status” Octopus card• Application form is available at any one of the MTR stations or CityU

Student Development Services (SDS) Counter at R6024, 6/F, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Complex

• Get school endorsement from 11:30 to 17:30 during 4 – 7 Sep at Wong’s International Terrace B, 4/F, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Complex

• Submit application from 5 Sep onwards to any one of the MTR Customer Service Centres (HK$90 for 1st time applicant; HK$20 for card renewal)
