OVERALL Inferences & Suggestions...● Response Rate: The response rate is next to nothing in TMP and TLP programmes
Solutions: - Make sure they are aware of these surveys
- Set expectations that these surveys need to be filled
- Remind members and team leaders about the surveys (Sent out post completion of the role)
● Clarity: Clarity was something that is lacking for most of the responses. Ensure clarity of: - Job description
- The ‘Why’ of the organization and their role in it
- The RoI of each thing they do (specially things like conferences, etc)
- Make sure there is transition for each and every role (TMP & TLP)
- Adjust national resources to your local reality
● End Date of TLP TMP experiences: Make sure you’re putting down the right date for the end of the TLP experience so that members don’t randomly get the survey way before or after ending that particular AIESEC experience.
● Note: The reason why some LCs have more TL surveys sent out than the actual number of people in the LCs (in some cases) is because they were probably assigned multiple TL positions on myaiesec.net
