On March 4, 2014, at approximately 1655 hours,the ufs did receive a phone call back from subject in this case (portelos,francesco ). 2.the uls infonned mr. portelos that a complaint was made against him and asked mr. portelos If he was employed at (2) metro tech and he stated that he works for the doe but at 101 warren street,but is affiliated with that location.

3.the uls asked mr. into the doe system to receive a pay raise and he stated that he easy this would be and the U/S then informed mr. portelos that i mr. when the 084 pdu regarding this incident because there is an open complaint against him for this mr. portelos stated that he works during the week and will be In albany the next day (wednesday 3/512014) but Is at workat on thursday until close to 3 pm. 4.the uls then infonned mr. portelos that thursday after work would be reasonable and mr. portelos was to visit the 084 pel and ask for the uls.

5.mr. portelos stated that he would be at the 084 on thursday 31612014 immediately after his work day is complete .
