On the /rd of August, the Sales clerk visit 4uck field, Walkers Wood, Ocho Rios ;.O ST.Ann
to investigate on the duties of a clerk. The duties of a clerk are very important at Walkers Wood
Company 1imited and if any of these duties are not carried out the factory "ill encounter a lot of
pro#lems. 'n Walkers Wood, the Clerk must ensure that the factory is functioning effectively. The
Clerk "ill dispatch and transport the distri#ution to the customer, making sure that the desired
amount of goods or services. The clerk must also delivered customer an electrical goods store in
a timely manner. The sales clerk must record and organi

transactions. +he& communicate with customers, emplo&ees, and other individuals
to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, tae orders and address
complaints. +he Sales #ler must ensure that he or she -nswer telephones, direct

0usiness transactions, and other activities, #omplete and mail 0ills, contracts,
policies, invoices, or checs. +he& also must $perate o1ce machines, such as

When this investigation concluded the researcher found out many things. The
researcher found out a#out some of the filing techni&ues used in the Reception and *ospitality
department. One of these filing techni&ues is cross referencing. The researcher also found out
