• Federal awards increased 18% overall. Significant increases in federal support were received from DOE, DOT, NSF, and DOD, with increases of 60%, 46%, 24%, and 14%, respectively.

• Industry research awards continue to be strong and increasing –with a 2.2% increase over last year.
