He is a really smart kid but some kids bully him because his brother thinks He is a dork because of how he acts.

The setting is inside and outside. Own a basket ball court were Nick play basket ball with his team in school.

The conflict of the book is that at first Nick hated his new step family in his little step brother.in wanted to move up to point guard on the basket ball team. He misses his mom in he is trying to forget about his mom.

resolutionnick started getting along with his step family in his step brother he is still trying his best to move up to point guard on the team in he is still missing his mom.

my prediction was that he was going to become famous by his basket ball skills but that did not happen my prediction was way off.my inference while I was reading the story was kind of right Because I said that he was having problems with his nw family in he wanted to change that in that he hated his brother.

The theme was that when you lose a certain family in you get a step family it dose not matter who they are still your family because they take care of you. In when you want something you should work for it
