Gift vouchers

Give the gift of ultimate relaxation with a voucher for a treatment or package. Vouchers no longer have an expiry date, meaning you can use them at any time. Simply keep them in a safe place as we are unable to honor if lost or stolen.

Bookings

Our Spa Team are available to assist you with a booking at all times during opening hours via phone or email. Unfortunately we cannot assist you with bookings via text or our Facebook page. If our phone rings out or goes through to message bank it is simply because we are on another call. Please leave a message or try again soon.

Arrival Time

We suggest arriving at the spa 10mins prior to your appointment, so you can fill out any necessary paperwork and relax with a herbal tea prior to your treatment commencing. Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment. As a courtesy to all clients, our treatments are completed as scheduled.

Hydrotherapy Pool

Our indoor, heated hydrotherapy pool is complimentary to all ladies prior to their treatment, should you wish to use simply arrive 30mins prior to your appointment time & bring swimwear (robes, towels and slippers are provided). Casual access to the pool is $15. Our pool is designed for ladies only as entry is from the female change room! Should you want more privacy, our private hydrotherapy spa is available for both ladies and men at a cost of $50 (or discounted to $25 when added to a treatment).

Parking

We are located within the Ballarat Lodge on Main Road. For the convenience of our clients, there is a small car park in the back left hand corner of the hotel property very close to our Spa.

Deposit

A deposit or gift voucher number is required for all treatments more than 2 hours in duration or greater than $100 value.

Reminder Text

Upon booking we ask you provide us with your mobile telephone number, this ensures our booking system can send a reminder text to you 48hrs prior to your appointment.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment time. We reserve the right to apply a surcharge to gift vouchers should you fail to provide us with adequate notice. No shows or less than 4 hours notice will result in the voucher being forfeited.

Children

Spa time is time out for you (and our other clients!). We please ask you arrange alternative care for your children. Our age limit for treatments is 15 (with the exception of waxing services).

Pregnancy

What a beautiful time! Many of our treatments or packages can be easily tailored for you. Our pregnancy mattress will ensure your comfort throughout your treatment with no additional cost. Please advise our spa staff when booking your treatment, what stage of your pregnancy you are in so we can prepare appropriately and advise of any alterations needed.
