Yorkshire Water is one of the largest landowners in Yorkshire with an Estate amounting to around 30,000 Hectares

(70,000 Acres). We believe we hold an excellent opportunity available for filming on our land with our diverse and

eclectic mix of sites. Each area is unique in itself with various different settings and backdrops extending from

woodland, moorland and operational sites.

1. What is available at the locations?

Talk to us about your specific requirement. The locations listed above are available for filming, however not all

areas on the specified locations are open to full open access, due to operational purposes. Some sites may be

subject to time/date constraints. For this reason a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required. When requesting to

film at any of our locations we request that you undertake a pre-site visit for completeness. All visits must have

clear Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS), location map and indemnity insurance provided. Failure to

provide RAMS, location map and indemnity insurance will mean your request is not dealt with. All requests require

our access form to be completed and approved by Yorkshire Water. To ensure we are able to effectively

administer and responds swiftly to your needs please complete our access form (attached to the below of this

leaflet) we will then respond thereafter.

The prices shown in Table 2 may be adjusted dependent on any PR opportunities or tangible benefits available to

us for negotiation. All prices exclude any compensation required by tenants as the majority of our land is tenanted.
