This guide gives managers step by step instructions on logging completed performance and development reviews (PDR’s) in myPlace.  Note: Once you have logged into myPlace the myPlace welcome page will be displayed. See the Logging in for the first time user guide.To log a completed performance and development review (PDR) in myPlace: Log onto myPlace.

The myPlace welcome page will be displayed. As you can see myPlace has a Team menu where you can view direct reports. Within the Direct Reports menu there is an option to select Learning & Performance this is where you can complete the performance and development (PDR) form.

Select Team from the myPlace menu then Direct Reports. The Direct Reports screen will open.

Select the three dots right hand side of the person you want to complete the performance and development (PDR) form for.

Scroll down and select Learning and Performance from the menu. The Qualifications screen will open for the Direct Report.

Select Performance and Development from the menu. The Performance and Development Review screen will open.

Select the relevant Annual PDR record.Note: If a record for the current year does not exist select the Add button.

The Performance and Development Review form will open. Select the Edit button.

The Performance and Development Review form will open. The PDR Year field should already be populated.Note: If this field is not populated select the required year from the drop down list.

In the Date PDR Completed field enter the date the review took place.Tip: Use the calendar to select the date. The calendar will open when you click in the field.

In the PDR not Completed Reason field select a reason from the drop down list if appropriate.

Note: There are a number of reasons why a performance development review is not carried out. See the list of reasons available in the screenshot above.

In the Performance Objectives field select the appropriate rating from the list.

In the Behaviours field select the appropriate rating from the list.Tip: To find out more about Performance and Behaviours ratings visit the Performance and Development Review hub page.

Select the Save button.

The record is saved and displayed as Approved.

To view the details click on the record. To make any changes to the record select the Edit button.
