Team OCTI continuously focuses on design innovation to guide the company’s production by using CNC cutting machines. These enterprising efforts have brought us OCTIMAX-SHIELD.Since OCTI helps their customers solve both thermal and acoustical problems, we provide engineering services to analyze the application, then develop and design a solu-tion that best fits the needs of the customer. These solutions will be fabricated within the OCTI shop.

Depending upon the needs of the customer onsite installation is also available. One of OCTI’s customer focus is in the areas of emissions systems and related items for engines used in the various industries we serve. Where there are high levels of noise, OCTI helps their customers develop abatement solutions for regulatory requirements or workers’ health and safety.

Established over five years ago, the company has operated providing thermal and acoustic solutions to both small independently operated businesses to large Fortune 500 level companies.

OCTI is a privately held S corporation, currently 100% owned by its founder and president, Ed Olivares & his family. Started operations in 2010 in Orange, Califor-nia then moved to its current loca-tion in Anaheim, California in 2012 as part of an expansion demanded by sales increased.

UL:

The UL Recognized thermal insulating blankets are used for stationary engine generator assemblies for Model Series: OCTIPad-1000STM, -1000PTM, -1000CTM, -1000ALM, - 1000TMM, and -1000TTM. The insulation blankets are compliant for safety standards UL 2200 and UL 746C.

The UL Classified insulation is used for Pipe and Equipment coverage. OCTI has bill of material to cover Standard Wrap-OCTIWRAP-1000STM, High Temp Wrap-OCTI-WRAP-1000HTM and Marine Wrap OCTIWRAP-1000PTM. The insulation blankets are compliant for safety standards UL 723.

Our reusable thermal insulation systems have been proven to be cost effective and energy efficient with an extensive life span to accommodate applications in a wide range of industries.

Since OCTI helps their customers solve both thermal and acoustic problems, we provide engineering services to analyze applica-tion then develop and design a solution that best fits the needs of the customer. These solutions will generally be fabricated within the OCTI shop. Depending upon the needs of the customer onsite installation is also available.

We have integrated 28 years of engineering experience with cus-tomized CAD and 3D modeling systems which include AutoCAD, SolidWorks and PTC Creo to ensure the perfect fit. With these sys-tems, removable covers can be manufactured for just about any application or condition with our modern CNC cutting machine. For special projects and custom designs an installation diagram can be provided for reference in installation and future service if needed.
