Orenda Gilbert
My name, Orenda is an Iroquois name, meaning ‘magic power’. I am a Shuswap first nation from British Columbia. I’ve always wanted to be a graphic designer. I came to Medicine Hat after my studies in Brooks Alberta. Two of my favorite Canadian artists are Lawrence Paul Yexweluptun and Norval Morrisseau.
