$50,000 REWARD NOTICE
The City of Los Angeles offers a reward payable at the discretion of the City Council to one or more persons in the sum or sums up to an aggregate maximum total sum of $50,000 for information leading to the identification and apprehension of the person or persons responsible for the DEATH OF JUAN CARLOS LUNA, in the City of Los Angeles. On Sunday, September 17, 2017, at approximately 8:10 a.m., the body of 21-year old Juan Carlos Luna was discovered laying on the sidewalk in the 1800 block of West Court Street in Westlake. Mr. Luna had been stabbed multiple times, and was pronounced dead at the scene by Fire Department paramedics. During their investigation, detectives from the Police ment discovered that Mr. Luna was a resident of Glendale, and had last been seen leaving a party in the Koreatown neighborhood in the early morning hours of September 17, 2017. Detectives are continuing to investigate this crime, but have not been able to identify a suspect or suspects.
