As a FQHC and community-based organization we provide comprehensive primary care and preventive care services, including health, dental, and mental health and substance use services. We provide necessary care to the medically underserved and vulnerable populations, including the uninsured and those living in poverty. Gifford Health Care includes seven practice locations offering family and internal medicine, pediatrics & adolescence care, and Ob/Gyn-midwifery services.
GiffordMedical Center
Our 25-bed Critical Access Hospital offers general and specialty in-patient and out-patient services, as well as a renowned Birthing Center, 24-hour emergency services, and diagnostic technologies that include a 64-slice CT scanner, a mobile MRI unit, a filmless radiology system, digital mammography, and stereotactic breast biopsies. Gifford Medical Center spans five practice locations.
Gifford Retirement Community
We provide services for our elder population offering a continuum of care that includes adult day programs in two locations, independent living apartments, a future assisted living facility, and our award-winning 30-bed nursing home.
