I know a lot of English words. (ΠΟΤΕ: "I am knowing...")

Τα Stative verbs μπορούν να χωριστούν σε βασικές κατηγορίες:

Συναίσθημα love, hate, like, dislike, want, prefer

Αίσθηση hear, see, smell, sound, taste

Κτίση have, own, contain, belong

Kαι το ρήμα TO BE είναι ένα Stative verb γιατί δείχνει μία μόνιμη κατάσταση και δεν το συναντάμε συχνά σε Continuous χρόνο.

eg. I am a student.

Όταν τα συναντήσουμε σε μια άσκηση, θα πρέπει να τα βάλουμε σε ένα Simple χρόνο, έκτος βέβαια από κάποιες εξαιρέσεις στις οποίες, ναι μεν μπορούν να μπουν σε Continuous χρόνο αλλά τότε αλλάζει και το νόημα τους και δείχνουν πλέον μια ενέργεια.
