AUTOMATIC STOKERS AND BLOWERS

Jeddo-Highland Buckwheat has th e four qualities so necessary to the successful operation of S toke rs and B l o w e r s ~They are:

I. LOW ASH

2. CLEAN PREPARATION

3. UNIFORM SIZING

4. HIGH FUSION POINT

Th e use of Jeddo-Highland Buckwheat , wi th i ts c lean preparat ion and uniform sizing, will mean less f requent changeo f a ir regulation. It s small ash content will mean less ashto handle, and its high fusion point will practically removeth e possibility of clinkering.

Good cooking may be a fine art , and good cooks

"t o the manner born." But with a book of recipes

and a modern Gas Range, one needn 't be a skilled

chef to bake and roast t o th e admiration (and

appreciation) of the whole family.

Modern cookery doesn't call fo r a "dash" of this,

"a pinch" of that , "season to taste" and "bake

until done." Ingredients are now measured out

according to recipe with accurate utensils. And

wit h Oven Heat Control , HEAT becomes the

final ingredient.
