WHAT’S AHEAD FOR 2020For 2020, you’ll see a few changes — read on to learn more. For more details, visit sis.benefitmain.com.

Medical• You’ll have the same medical plan options as Solera. Choose from three consumer-

driven medical plan (CDHP) options provided through Cigna: Bronze CDHP, Silver CDHP and Gold CDHP. These plans are similar to the current CDHP with HSA.

• All three medical options come with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Solera makes contributions to this account ($750 for employee only/$750 for families), and you can make pre-tax contributions, too.

• You’ll receive a new medical ID card in the mail in December.

• Good news — your medical premiums will be about 10% lower in 2020.

Dental• Dental benefits will be provided through Cigna.

• Your premium costs will be lower, and there are no changes to your coverage.

Vision• In addition to the Superior Vision plan, you’ll have another option: the VSP Buy-Up plan.

• The VSP Buy-Up plan provides a higher level of coverage, so it comes with slightly higher paycheck costs.

EAP, Life, AD&D and Disability• The following benefits will now be provided through Lincoln Financial: the Employee

Assistance Program (EAP), Basic and Supplemental Life, Basic and Supplemental Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Short-Term Disability (STD), and Voluntary Long-Term Disability (LTD).

• You will need to re-elect your Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance coverage. For Supplemental Life Insurance, you can elect up to the guaranteed issue amount without Evidence of Insurability (EOI): $500,000 for you and $50,000 for your spouse/domestic partner.

HOW TO ENROLL• Log in to Workday.

• Click on the Open Enrollment message in your inbox.

• To view your current coverage, select the Benefits icon in the Applications section. Then from the View category, select the Benefit Elections option.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON’T ENROLLIf you don’t enroll by November 22, most of your benefit elections will carry over for 2020. However, you must re-enroll for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and re-elect Supplemental Life and AD&D. Your 2019 FSA and Supplemental Life and AD&D elections do not carry over for 2020.

New! Family-Focused Benefits To help you balance work and life, Solera is rolling out these benefits:

• Milk Stork is a breast milk delivery service that provides refrigerated overnight shipping of your milk to your baby back home. This free benefit is available for female employees who travel for work.

• Care@Work gives you peace of mind when you need child care or adult care. This includes if your care falls through or you have a sick child who can’t attend school. Beginning January 1, 2020, get access to the largest online community for finding back-up care at solera.care.com.

• Telemedicine is a convenient, cost-effective alternative to doctor visits. You can video chat with or call a doctor anytime, anywhere. MD Live doctors can answer your questions, make a diagnosis and prescribe basic medications. Learn more at mdliveforcigna.com.

New! Voluntary BenefitsThese benefits offer protection for you and your family when you need it most. You pay the cost of this voluntary coverage.

• Pet Insurance helps make the cost of pet care more affordable. This coverage pays part of your pet’s medical bills if they get hurt or sick.

• Cigna Hospital Care pays benefits for hospitalizations resulting from a covered injury or illness.

• Critical Illness Insurance supplements traditional medical coverage. You receive a lump sum payment if you or a covered family member is diagnosed with a covered illness, such as cancer, heart attack or stroke.

• Accident Insurance pays a cash benefit directly to you when you or a covered family member is injured in a covered accident.

• MetLaw Legal Plan is a voluntary pre-paid legal service offered through Hyatt Legal Plans. Services are fully covered when using a participating plan attorney.

Higher HSA and FSA Limits• The IRS has increased the maximum Health Savings

Account (HSA) limit to $3,550 for employee-only coverage and $7,100 for any level of family coverage. The amount includes what you and Solera contribute.

• You’ll be able to contribute more to your Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) in 2020: $2,750.
