LEVEL

the volume of R over L channel. A counter clockwiserotation increases the volume of L channel over R.

tISOLATOR ON/OFF SWITCHWhen set to "OFF", a full range signal is transmittedregardless of the position of any isolator controls.

yISOLATOR [HI/MID/LOW]Cuts and boosts each frequency range. The level is flatwhen this knob is set at center (click point). Eachfrequency range can be boosted up to +6dB whenthis knob is pushed fully up. Pushing down will cuteach frequency range.

uDRY-FILTER MIX FADERAllows control of the signal balance between dry andeffect (FILTER) sound. When the fader is located atcenter, each signal level is the same.

iSWEEP CONTROLYou can control peak point of band pass filter. Whenyou rotate clockwise, the point is moved towardshigher frequency. Rotating counter-clockwise movespoint towards lower frequency.

oAUX ASSIGN SWITCHThis switch enables the signal from each program to besent to EFFECT SEND JACK ($1). Different signalroutes can be selected by moving this switch to thefollowing different positions;PRE: The signal before the input fader (after the EQ)

will be sent to AUX output.OFF: No signal will be sent to AUX output.POST: The signal after the input and crossfader will be

sent to AUX output.!0C.F. ASSIGN SWITCH

Used to send the signal from each program to eitherside of the crossfader (A or B) or direct to themaster. "A" for left side of the crossfader, "B" forright side.

!1CUE SWITCHUsed to send the signal from each program to themonitor section for headphone monitoring.

!2INPUT FADERUsed to adjust the Input level of each program.Usually set to 7-8 position. This is a detachablefader for ease of replacement, replace with IF-37PCV when it is worn out. If you wish to use thefader unit with slide stroke distance of 45mm, youcan replace with the Vestax "IF-05PCV". See "HOWTO CHANGE THE FADER UNIT".

!3CROSS FADERMixes the signal assigned by C.F. ASSIGN SWITCH(!0) to A side of the crossfader and B side. Whenthe crossfader is set in the center position, both Aand B can be heard. This is a detachable fader forease of replacement with CF-37PCV when it is wornout. See "HOW TO CHANGE THE FADER UNIT".

!4C.F. CURVE CONTROLAdjusts the crossfader curve. Counter-clockwiserotation gives a gentle crossfade, good for longrunning mixes. Clockwise rotation gives a steepcrossfade, suitable for scratching and cutting.

!5CUE LEVEL METERThe LED bar level meters indicate the signal level ofPGM input selected by CUE SWITCH (!1).

!6MASTER OUT LEVEL METERThe LED bar level meters indicate the L and Routputs.

!7POWER INDICATORLights up when the POWER SWITCH (#1) is on.

!8MASTER BALANCE VOLUMEAdjusts the signal balance of the L to R side ofoutputs from MASTER OUTPUT JACK (#9) on therear panel.

!9MASTER LEVEL VOLUMEAdjusts the signal level outputs from MASTEROUTPUT JACK (#9) on the rear panel.

@0SUB-MASTER LEVEL VOLUMEAdjusts the signal level outputs from SUB-MASTEROUTPUT JACK ($0) on the rear panel.

@1MONITOR SELECT SWITCHUsed to select the cue monitor for PGM1~ 4(selected by CUE position), MASTER out and effectreceive (AUX 1 or AUX 2).

@2MONITOR STYLE SELECT SWITCHWhen this switch is set to "SPLIT", the master signal isalways heard through the right ear-cup of theheadphones. The signal selected by MONITORSELECT SWITCH (@1) will be heard in the left ear-cup.This enables both programs to be monitoredsimultaneously, thus assisting in beat mixing. Whenthis switch is set to "STEREO", no master output isheard in the headphones, and only the signalselected by MONITOR SELECT SWITCH (@1) willbe heard in both ear-cups.

@3MONITOR LEVEL VOLUMEAdjusts the monitor level through the headphones.

@4HEADPHONE JACKUse this jack to connect the headphones.Headphones from 8ohm to 600ohm can be used.
