  • Page 40 SIEC Advisory Workgroup SAW Status Report as of May 19, 2015 FirstNet Draft RFP Review FirstNet released Draft RFP on April 27, 2015 Draft RFP outlines proposed acquisition strategy, approaches and assumptions for the solicitation of entities to deploy initial phases of FirstNets nationwide broadband network. In response to a FirstNet request for public comments regarding the Draft RFP, WON coordinated stakeholder reviews and submitted 48 questions on May 27, 2015. Second phase review of Draft RFP operational and technical specifications due by June 26. Uniform Fleetmap / Subscriber Numbering Proposal WSDOT requested an extension in the preparation and re-presentation of the proposed Uniform Fleetmap Numbering Proposal. Re-presentation of a revised proposal will be made at the next SAW meeting. No re-presentation will be made at todays SIEC meeting. SIEC re-presentation will be deferred until after a SAW review of the revised proposal.

DOH-licensed radio network providing wide-area EMS/Hospital communications. Not intended for daily operation use. WSP provides microwave interconnect and site services under contract to DOH. SAW will research RCW-defined operational requirements and licensing/use to determine SIEC oversight of State-licensed interoperable UHF frequencies and system. On-Scene Command and Control Radio (OSCCR) Network MIL (Benavente) identified IP address discrepancies among OSCCR devices. System device managers requested to provide MIL with correct OSSCR IP addresses. Sprint Cell on Light Truck (COLT) MIL seeking relocation of Sprint COLT from Camp Murray possibly DNR compound.
