There are many places to get your eyebrows done. In the malls there are a couple stands where people can get there eyebrows threaded. Many people go to the mall for that choice. Also there are salons where they do threading and waxing. But if you want somewhere closer, I also have seen Ranch Mar-ket do threading as well. The closest Ranch Market to us is on 67th Ave and Camel-back.

Sometimes after the wax or thread, you might get irrita-tion and they might be a little red but the best thing for that is to put ice on them so the redness goes away or also lo-tion does the job.

Some people say they like waxing better because it’s way faster than threading and the job is done correctly. But clients that have tried thread-ing say that threading is way better because it shapes them how they want them and it gets every hair out of its place. Also, that it is done cleaner and in a profession-al way. People choose Indian or Chinese women to do this technique because they say they have more experience, and since its part of their cul-ture “they should know how to do it” . But whether you wax or thread, it’s practically the same thing. And every-one can learn this difficult technique.

To Party or Not To Party?Even though some of your

friends might be out partying every weekend, most kids don’t realize the dangers of drinking alcohol. Alcohol can often cause impaired judgments, and when under the influence it can lead you to making poor decisions. Many people end up in drunken fights; they would have never gotten into had they not been drinking. Many deaths that occur in the United States come from people who drink and drive. When you participate in drinking, there are many repercussions. Some of these may include loss of your close friends and your family who really care and love you. Drinking alco-hol can also physically affect you, including damaged brain cells and

liver failure. Binge drinking is also a problem in the US. A lot of teens in America get alcohol poisoning from drinking too much and not being able to handle their liquor. Studies say that even when you do turn 21, it is not good to drink till you get to the age of 25 because your brain is fully developed at that age and you can make better decisions if you are mature enough. When people are drinking they often don’t realize the danger they are getting themselves into. Alcohol may seem glamorized on TV, but in reality for minors it is the complete opposite. But sometimes on TV they show a good looking girl and a messed up looking guy get the girl while drinking; that rarely happens. Or, they could really be digging your style and want to get with you,

then, the next thing you know you end up with HIV or other STD’s. Sometimes, while you are drinking, it can cause you to try new things like drugs to try and get your stomach to feel good or get your head to stop spinning. So someone tries to flip you a drug and you’re not in the right state of mind to turn it down so you try it anyway. Then in the morning you’re trying to figure out what happen the night before. So,next time you think about drink-ing think of the consequences that follow behind it.
