Today’s game is the final of the Joe Barry Memorial Tourna-ment that has been played since 2005 in tribute to polo great H. A. “Joe” Barry. Joe

was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the Museum of Polo in 1999, recognized as a truly legendary player of the sport. Born and raised in Texas, Joe was a member of one of the power-house families that have dominated polo. He is still fondly remembered not only as one of the most important players of his day, but for being kind, friendly and “having a smile that came straight from his heart.” Sadly, Joe

IPC - Today at noon Bobby Barry Memorial Cup final between Lechuza and Audi, field #2, and at 3pm on the Engel & Völkers Field at IPC Villa del Lago will play Orchard Hill for the 2015 Joe Barry Cup. The Ylvisaker Cup will start next Saturday the 31st for a final on February 22nd. 13 teams are entered, divided in four brackets playing across I/II and III/IV with quarterfinals on Sunday 15.
