SHARK LAYER PALLETIZER

The basic idea behind the SHARK: proven

palletizing technology that is technically and

economically state of the art. The new layer

palletizer with the conveyor unit, turning unit and

shifting unit is suitable for all types of cartons,

trays and shrink packs.

The integrated, innovative turning station (the ball

rotary table) turns and pushes the products almost

without any contact for gentle product handling.

Together with the new setting pattern generator,

the palletizer and turning unit ensure optimally

aligned, space-saving and stable palletising.

aluminium pallets. It can also be

The SHARK layer palletizer has a high-quality and

easy to operate machine concept. The palletizer is

optionally expandable, can be optimally combined

with other devices and that way provide a great

variety of applications. It is also characterised by

low energy costs.

Bag layer palletizer

Effective stacking for the greatest variety of bags

for medium to high packing performance. Designed

especially for paper or PE bags. By using turning

stations, all types of cartons, boxes, trays and

also shrink packs can be safely palletized.
