Volunteer Trip to Gros Morne Haiti
Any young adults in the parish aged between 18-30 who would like to
travel to Haiti with a group of peers as a volunteer for the first three
weeks of July 2017 please contact Fr. Tony at [email protected].
The cost of the trip including flights and accommodation is €1750.
The project will include running summer camps in the town of Gros Morne
for around 500 children. This will be the main project but there may also
be some environmental projects as well.
The hosts are Srs. Pat and Jackie (pictured below) who are working there
for 16 years. The group leader will be a secondary school teacher who has
been in Haiti many times over the past nine years and is fluent in Creole.
Don’t miss this opportunity as place will be limited.
