History of the Glen

* Located in Watkins Glen, New York* The Glen is set in a 400 foot deep narrow

cut gorge. A stream cuts through it, which was left hanging from glaciers that occurred during the Ice Age.

* The rocks that surround the waterfalls and streams of the Glen are sedimentary rocks from the Devonian Age.
