Teacher’s Day Celebration

On the occasion of birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishanan, Teacher’s

Day was celebrated on 5th September 2018 at Raj Rajeshwari College of Education,

Village Chorab (Mansui), P.O. Bhota, Tehsil Barsar, District Hamirpur (H.P.)-176041.

Different type of activities like solo song, group dance and speech were presented by

pupil teachers. Principal Dr. Raj Kumar Dhiman was chief guest on this occasion and

said that Dr. Radhakrishanan was the great personality of our country. Beside President

and Vice President, he always like to be a teacher. Coordinator of the programme Mrs.

Jyoti, College staff and pupil teachers were presented on this occasion.

Hindi Diwas Hindi Diwas was celebrated at Raj Rajeshwari College of Education, Bhota on 14th

September 2018. Different type of cultural activities on importance of Hindi were

presented by pupil teachers. Pupil teachers shared their own views on Hindi Diwas one

by one. Principal of the college Dr. Raj Kumar Dhiman was the chief guest on this

occasion. Chief Guest Dr. Raj Kumar Dhiman said that Hindi is our official language and

we should respect it. Only language is the medium by which we can share our own

views to others easily. Coordinator Mrs. Manjesh Kumari, pupil teachers and staff were

presented on this event.

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan-cum-Gandhi Jayanti

The ‘Jan Chetna Club’ of Raj Rajeshwari College of Education, Village Chorab

(Mansui), P.O. Bhota, Tehsil Barsar, District Hamirpur (H.P.) organized a rally under the

theme ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ on the occasion of ‘Gandhi Jayanti’ on 02-10-2018. A

rally was organized from college campus to nearby Bhota bus stand. The staff and

students of the college actively participated in the rally. Skits on Swachhta were

presented by pupil teachers on bus stand Bhota on awareness. The rally was ended with

vote of thanks by Principal of college Dr. Raj Kumar Dhiman.

National Unity Day

National Unity Day was celebrated on 31-10-2018 at Raj Rajeshwari College of

Education to make our country corruption free. An oath was taken against corruption

by college management and staff. Beside this the contributions of Sardar Ballabh Bhai

Patel & Former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi were remembered on this occassion

Children’s Day-cum-National Education Day

Children’s day was celebrated at Raj Rajeshwari College of Education, Bhota on

14th November 2018. Chairman of college management committee Sh. Manjit Singh,

Principal Dr. Raj Kumar Dhiman, Staff and Pupil teachers were presented on this event.

Principal of college Dr. Raj Kumar Dhiman explained the biography of Pt. Jawahar Lal

Nehru. Nehru wanted to celebrate his birthday as children’s day. Pupil teachers

participated in declamation and expressed their views on children’s day.

Extension Lecture

An extension lecture on ‘Communication Process’ was organized at Raj

Rajeshwari College of Education, Bhota on 29th November 2018. Principal Dr. Raj Kumar

Dhiman explained about communication skills thoroughly. He said that good

communication skill has a great importance in day to day life. It also helps a man to have

a good relationship with the society. He also explained the communicational barriers

which makes an adverse effect in our life because without a good communicational skill

we cannot share our own views properly. A good communication skill helps an

individual to achieve his aim in life. Dr. Manoj Kumar (Lecturer in Education) was the

coordinator of programme. Pupil teachers and staff were presented on this event.

World AIDS Week

A rally on ‘World AIDS Week’ under Red Ribbon Club was organized at Raj

Rajeshwari College of Education, Bhota on 4th December 2018. Pupil teachers of B.Ed.

and D.El.Ed. participated in awareness rally. Pupil teachers made awareness in people

by different slogans on AIDS. Principal Dr. Raj Kumar Dhiman said that it is the duty of

teachers to aware society by these types of activities.

National Flag Day

‘National Flag Day’ was celebrated at Raj Rajeshwari College of Education, Bhota

on 7th December 2018. Mr. Ashish Kumar was coordinator of programme. Pupil teachers

presented activities like Poem, Solo Song, Group Song, Speech etc. on this occasion. All

the staff members, Pupil teachers were presented on this occasion.

Human Rights Day

A guest talk on the occasion of ‘Human Rights Day’ was organized at Raj

Rajeshwari College of Education, Bhota Dr. Uttam Kumar (Assistant Professor), Govt.

College Bhoranj, Hamirpur (H.P.) explained that structure of Indian Constitution, its

Articles, Duties and Role of UNO in it. He also awared the pupil teachers about their

rights and how to make use of these rights. Principal of the college Dr. Raj Kumar

Dhiman thanked Dr. Uttam Kumar for sharing his valuable views. Coordinator of

programme Dr. Manoj Kumar, teachers and students were presented on this occasion.

State Level Girls Vollyball Tournament

State level girls volleyball tournament was organized at Shiva College of

Education, Ghumarwin in which girls volleyball team of Raj Rajeshwari College of

Education was winner. Captain of the team was Deepshikha and in her leadership team

defeated another team of SVN College of Education, Tarkwari by 2-0. Chairman of the

college Manjit Singh and Principal Dr. Raj Kumar Dhiman congratulated the winner

team. Chairman of the college motivated the students to participate in these types of

activities.
