Step #2: MyOIT Login
1. Login to MyOIT
2. User Name = first name.last name
3. Password for first time login = Hootie+ last four digits of student ID# (this is your 918#)
4. If you have previously logged in, use the password you created…
First Time Login example:Oregon Tech ID: 918XX5678
Student Name: John Doe
Username: john.doePassword: Hootie5678
Step #3: Web-for-Student
1. After entering MyOIT proceed to web-for-student
2. Click web-for-student icon
Step #4: Navigation
1. Go to Student Menu
2. Click link Student Menu Link
Step #5: Navigation
1. Click Student Records Link
Step#6: Payment
1. Go to ‘CASHNet’
Step #7: Create Parent PIN
1. Select Add New
Step #8: Parent PIN Setup
1. Benefactor – Type of benefactor; mom, aunt, grandma, etc
2. All fields with red asterisk * are required
3. Leave fields at default for full access to records
4. Ok
5. Benefactor will receive email with log in credentials
Step #9: Make Payment
1. Select make payment
Step #9a: Make Payment
1. Select Student Account Payments
Step #9b: Make Payment
1. Select Payment type
2. If Payment is past due or currently due
1. Select Past Due/Current Term Payments
3. If Payment is not yet due
1. Select Future Term Balance Payment
Step #9c: Make Payment
1. Enter payment amount
1. Dual Credit courses are generally charged $25 per credit. Ask your teacher for your total amount due
2. Add to Basket
Step #9d: Make Payment
1. Review payment details
2. Checkout
Step #9e: Make Payment
1. Select or create new payment method
2. Continue Checkout
Step #9f: Make Payment
1. Review details
2. Enter email address for receipt
3. Submit Payment
