Number is generated and provided to you. This order number has to be

entered in the Registration window of the trial version of PDF

Email Address: In this field, you need to enter your email address, which you have used

to register PDF Protection Software. Order Number: In this field, you need to enter the

Order Number, which has been provided to you at the time of purchasing the software.

Path to save the file: In this field, you have to select the path where you want to save

the log file, which is generated after clicking on Get Authentication Code by default log

file will be saved on desktop. After the log file is generated, you need to mail this log

file at [email protected]

5. At this step user can set owner password and user passwordalong with the encryption level.

Owner Password-Set the Owner Password for the encrypteddocument. Opening the document with the correct owner

password allows full access to the document.User Password- Set the User Password for the generated PDF

document. Opening the document with the correct user passwordallows additional operations to be performed according to the useraccess permissions specified in the document's encryption

dictionary.

There are two type of encryption that can be set when protecting aPDF file.

Low (Acrobat 3.0 and later): Set the level to 40bit.

High (Acrobat 5.0 and later): Set the level to 128bit.

After selecting, the appropriate settings click on the next button.
