Eco

CSR is like a promise. This promise is to have a sense of responsibility for both the society and the environment in which a company operates. For over twenty years, our priority has been ecology. Our company is not indifferent to the problems associated with protecting the environment and thus is constantly de-veloping modern technologies, unique on a global scale, that help us protect it. Bio-degradable pens made of BioPlast® and EcoAllene ® are produced from agricul-turally derived starch and from plastics recovered during the process of recycling beverage containers. In caring for the environment, we participate in diverse programs that serve to propagate proper ecological values. Furthermore, we donate one percent of our proceeds from sales of our Eco line products towards environmentally-friendly endeavors.

BIOPLAST®, an entirely biodegradable biomaterial derived from natural sources, is the answer for consumers searching for products with minimal environmental impact. BIOPLAST® is a biodegrad-able material created from renewable plant resources that does not contain petroleum-based substances. BIO-PLAST® returns to the natural environ-ment after undergoing biodegradation and composting without leaving behind substances harmful to the environment. BIOPLAST® reduces gas emissions and the greenhouse effect, has no negative effects on the environment, and reduces energy consumption. In contrast to other bio-plastics, which have a tendency to lose their shape at temperatures above fi fty degrees Celsius, BIOPLAST® is immune to signifi cantly higher tempera-tures thanks to the inclusion of special additives.

EcoAllene ® was created to reduce the disposal costs of poly-ethylene and aluminum, which are byproducts of the process of separating out cellulose during the recycling of bev-erage cartons. Our aim was to utilize the waste material and transform it into the innovative EcoAllene ® material, made from polyethylene and a small amount of aluminum. Thanks to advanced technology, we have created a new and innovative recycled raw material with a wide array of applications. EcoAllene ® nasce dall’esigenza di ridurre i costi di smaltimento delle fra-zioni di polietilene e alluminio, residui del processo di separazione della cellulosa durante il riciclo dei cartoni per bevande (composti da 75% di carta – 20% polieti-lene – 5% alluminio). Grazie ad avanzate tecnologie, abbiamo trasformato quello che fi no a ieri era uno scarto, in un nuovo ed innovativo materiale riciclato formato da polietilene ed alluminio sostitutivo per l’industria delle materie plastiche.Gli scarti di oggi si trasformano in utili oggetti per il domani, nel totale rispetto dell’ambiente!

FORMULA

The biostatic effect has been confi rmed by lab-oratory studies. The studies were performed in accordance with the ASTM 2149 Standard. The tests were carried out on bacteria representing two groups – Golden Staph (Staphylococcus aureus,) E. Coli, and also on fungi. The antibac-terial added to the plastic is active throughout the entire lifecycle of the pen. It destroys 90% of pathogenic bacteria and fungi. The material is completely safe for the skin.

L’ effetto anti-batterico è stato confermato da studi di laboratorio condotti in conformità con la norma ASTM 2149. Le prove sono state effettua-te sui più comuni batteri (Staphylococcus aureus «Escherichia coli E. coli”) e anche sui funghi L’antibatterico aggiunto alla plastica è attivo per l’intero ciclo di vita della penna. E’ in grado di di-struggere il 90% dei batteri patogeni e dei funghi. E’ completamente sicuro al contatto con la pelle.

Efekt biostatyczny został potwierdzony badania-mi laboratoryjnymi. Badanie zgodne z normą- Norma ASTM 2149. Badanie przepro-wadzono na bakteriach będących przedstawicie-lami dwóch grup:- Gronkowiec złocisty (S.aureus)E.coli oraz na grzybach. Dodatek antybakteryjny zawarty w plastiku jest aktywny przez cały okres użytkowania długopisu. Niszczy 90% bakterii chorobotwórczych i grzybów. Materiał jest całko-wicie bezpieczny dla skóry.

Biostatischer Effekt wurde in den Laborunter-suchungen laut der Norm ATSM 2149 bestätigt.Die Untersuchung wurde auf Bakterien aus zwei Gruppen Staphylokokkus (s.aureus) E.coli und auf Pilzen durchgeführt. Der antibakterielle Zusatz in dem Kunststoff ist die ganze Zeit des Kugelschreibersgebrauchs aktiv. Er zerstört 90% der krankheitserregenden Bakterien und Pilzen. Dieses Material ist für die Haut ganz sicher.
