GENOVA Line

Main features

The profiles enable to realize externally and internally coplanar shutters both with frame andwall rabbet. The main characteristics consists indosing the quantity of entering light by adjustingthe blades. Transoms available in two dimensions, 80 and130 mm. Base transom available in two dimensions,60 and 100 mm.The blade moving accessories are made of special plastics to resist to considerable variationin temperature. The mechanism fitting is possiblewithout pre-assembly or aluminium profile machining. On the inner side the mechanismsare covered by a snap-fitting rabbet cover. Eventually damaged blades can be replacedwithout opening the frame and without disassembling other blades.

Main features

The systems allows to realize a folding/slidingshutter with vents hanging on the upper slidewaythrough special carriages and sliding blocks inthe lower slideway, the vents are connected byhinges (deriving from extruded material byMETRA ). In this way the sliding and the space-saving folding are ensured.The floor sill can be comfortably reduced. The system is completed by specific accessoriesto confer to the product reliability and simple fitting. The air- and water-tightness is ensured byan external gasket and a black double central EPDM-gasket.

The profiles enable to realize folding shutterswith folding within clear span with maximum 4vents each side or with folding in part within clearspan and in part on the exterior wall. The construction type is similar to the woodenblind shutters, by maintaining shape and dimensions the aesthetic aspects result pleasingand conformable to a traditional style. The blind shutter can be realized with externalvertical staves available in three dimensions with50, 60 and 70 mm, in combination with the typical horizontal shingles available in two dimensions with 110 and 180 mm.

Main features

The profiles enable to realize sliding shutters withone or two vents and sliding shutters both withfixed and adjustable blades, the sliding is ensuredby a carriage in a slideway on which are fixedthe vents. The slideways can be fixed within the clear spanor on the external wall. The lower part of the ventis guided or by a pin fixed on the floor whichbase slides in the lower part of the frame or by alinear floor guide by alignment accessories.Transoms for the fixed blades version are available in two dimensions, 80 and 130 mm.

The Raffaello line was developed in collaborationwith important design boards and offers two different finishes: smoothand hammered. Thanks tothe specific use of the"pointillist" method - obtained by a controlledmix of several different shades of colour - both finishes have an originaland exclusive feel and look.

The AL line represents the range of the most classic colours. Beside the traditionalgloss finishes, the matt colours ensuregreat scratch-proof features.
