For the initial service, your technician will need access to the inside of the property to install all rodent control products and do a clean out treatment for general insects. This will take place in the attic, basement or crawlspace, garage, and any problem areas in the living space if needed. Exterior rodent bait stations will be installed to help prevent rodents from entering the structure by controlling the population outside.

A follow-up service will be performed 2 weeks later so that any trapped rodents can be removed from the property in order to avoid any issues with flies or bad odors. At this point we will begin your quarterly service schedule.

For your quarterly service in the colder winter months, the technician will need access to the interior of the structure in order to maintain all of the rodent products in addition to stocking all exterior rodent bait stations. In the warmer months of spring, summer and fall, all work performed for rodent and insect control will be exterior only. Interiors problems will be addressed upon request.
